Unsuitable Medical Conditions for Video Consultation

Video consultations are not suitable for medical conditions that require emergency attention.

Examples include but not limited to:

Sudden loss of vision
Chest pain
Breathing difficulties
Severe abdominal pain
Sudden onset of face droopiness, difficulty in speech, limb weakness
Severe allergic reactions
Severe injuries or bleeding
Pregnancy complications
Drug overdose / accidental ingestion of poison
Bleeding from wounds
Fits or seizures

How to Make a Video Consultation

Whatsapp or Call our Clinic at 9833 2974 to Fix an Appointment Time

Step 2

Ensure You Have Whatsapp Installed on Your Phone

Wait for the WhatsApp Call at the Appointed Time and Ensure You Have Your NRIC With You

Step 4

Following the consultation, if medication is prescribed, you can opt for delivery ($10-$20) or clinic pickup.

*Medical certificate/referral letters can be sent via email and will be issued and dispensed at the discretion of the attending doctor

Consultation (within 10 minutes): $40

Additional 5 mins block: $10

Medication delivery fee : From $10 - $20 onwards

Payment Mode: PayNOW to UEN 202302516D (Asiatique Medical & Aesthetics Pte Ltd)

Medisave claimable and subsidies are also available (i.e Pioneer, Merdeka, CHAS etc). On average, our patients pay between $10 to $20 if subsidies are applicable to them.
